Die Wohnung ist eigentlich schön - der Gesamteindruck ist aber maximal „gut“ Positive: sehr gute Lage, sehr bequeme Betten, genügend Platz Negative: Das Appartement ist teilweise renovierungsbedürtig: arbeitsplatte und geschirrausstattung in der Küche, Fliesenboden im Bad, Außentreppe und Geländer
