Modern Apartment Close to the City Centre 21

Disappointing. couldn't wait to get home for a decent night's sleep Positive: The apartment was renovated well and presented well. There was everything needed for a stay Negative: The apartment building was old, dirty and NOISY. It did not feel safe. There was litter and broken entrance door parts around the entry. The fire extinguishers have not been serviced since 2022. The noise in the main bedroom from the traffic was bad until late at night. There is a bus stop outside the window which meant the room reverberated each time. There is a pool directly below the room and we experienced late night screeching of the pool gate repeatedly. The noise in the twin room from the residents til the early hours of the morning meant getting a good sleep was difficult. There is NO air-conditioning in the twin room. The air-conditioning in the lounge had little effect in cooling the twin room.

Very rough and noisy place, NEVER AGAIN Positive: The inside of the unit has been renovated. Negative: This place is in a very rough complex, and noisy from the main street. The air con in one bedroom is very old and loud, while the other room has no air con at all. The toilet is dirty with dry urine all over it, and the toilet is about to come off. The rocking toilet is not safe to sit on. I stayed in unit 21 on the 1st floor and could smell marijuana when climbing up the stairs most times.
