Inner City One Bedroom Apartment w/ Pool View 22

Great central location for activity in Cairns city.

Love the walkable location to a variety of restaurants, major attractions and groceries. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Washer and dryer inside the apartment is a plus. The deck by the pool looks like it's been replaced with new planks. I have to mention that the couch is roomy and comfortable which I enjoyed watching TV in the evenings. Overall, I am very pleased with this unit and would stay here again in my next visit to Cairns.

Very well appointed unit with an excellent location. Met by our host with contact easily done via messaging and phone. Big plus is the secure parking area, an essential in an inner city location. Top marks for the amenities in the unit, well thought out for amenities. Two comments for improvement; first is to provide a grab bar to assist in exiting the shower bath. We’re very conscious of slipping in the bath and the overhead curtain rail is not the go to for this, and second, the power point surround in the bathroom has been smashed and needs urgent repair. A third issue is the spotty internet connection, we couldn’t access the in house internet for the first 24 hours, but we think that may not be in the owners control. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and we will be looking to book again. Thank you.

We would not recommend this apartment. It is at least cleaner now as we spent at 2 hours cleaning it Positive: We had to catch an uber to another site to collect the key. We had not been advised of this. Then another uber back and this process took an hour!!! Negative: The apartment was grubby and needed a good clean in every room. The heating/cooling duct was inches full of fluff. The bathroom was dirty and so was the kitchen utensils and glasses. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The view is actually overlooking other buildings and an rather old swimming pool. The ad says it is on the ground floor it is on the second the floor. There are no windows that open at all and the sliding door has no fly screen.

Great location and the apartment provided everything we needed. Positive: The property provided everything we needed. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like.
